Happy Christmas

 Stocks Cooks Shop have now opened in the Courtyard at Bowhouse – if you are short of present ideas for Christmas – it’s got some great things in there and is well worth a look. In January, we will begin the next phase of “Knock Through” when we open up the ground floor of the old Gym and open up doorways to unit 13. This is intended to make the space more retail focussed and add to regular footfall. Once this is complete, we will begin works to the 1^st floor to create what will become the Cook School. When we initially drew up plans in 2014 for Bowhouse, this was part of the full site purpose, we just needed to find the right occupiers.

Bowhouse Christmas Market was another great success, over the three days, we believe the total footfall was over 8000 and traders were all delighted with the sales made. Over the course of the next year, we will aim to bring more frequent events to Bowhouse and we are currently interviewing for Kat’s replacement who we hope will be able to build on the success already created.

Pitch-up! applications closed and we are in the process of meeting the successful applicant. We have some great ideas coming forward and now it is down to working out which ones can be delivered. Last year we also learned that the process attracted people with ideas throughout the year too.
